Before You Start

This discovery call is designed to help us understand your business properly, so it works best when you’re not rushed.

Before you begin, we recommend:

• Sitting somewhere comfortable and quiet

• Putting distractions aside for a few minutes

• Having your website open, or any key business info handy

• Taking a moment to think about your goals and challenges

There are no right or wrong answers—this is simply a conversation to help us understand where you’re at and where you want to go.

How to Start the Discovery Call

When you’re ready:

1. Look to the top right corner of your screen and click the red circle with the microphone icon

2. Your browser will ask for permission to use your microphone — click Allow

3. The discovery conversation will begin automatically

You can speak naturally, just like you would on a normal phone call.

What to Expect

You’ll be guided through a series of thoughtful questions about your business, your goals, and what you’re trying to achieve. Some questions may require a bit of thought, and that’s completely fine — take your time.

The conversation is:

• Relaxed and conversational

• Focused on understanding your business, not selling

• Designed to help us give you better recommendations later

If you need to pause or think, that’s okay. This isn’t a test — it’s a starting point.
